The following graphic shows the Tuning Browser with several Activities and Activity results and provides a short explanation of several of the browser elements:

Right-click the elements in the Tuning Browser to access additional useful commands.

Right-click the Activity to open the pop-up menu. |

Select Modify Collectors... to modify the data collector configuration: The frequency of collecting data, when to stop data collection. |

|
Select Modify Activity... to modify the Activity configuration: what applications to monitor, what data to collect, how long to collect it. |
|
Select Pack and Go... to save the Activity configuration and results. |
From the pop-up menu, select Pack and Go... to open the Pack and Go... dialog box and save the data related to a project or Activity in one step. You can later unpack and view the collected data on any machine that has the VTune(TM) Performance Environment 8.0 (or higher) installed.
