Sort

The Sort... command enables you to sort your table by up to four different columns and view the sorted data. Sorting your data enables you to focus on the most interesting data.

The table can contain Activity result data.

To sort your data:

1. Choose Sort... from the Tuning menu to open the Sort dialog box.

2. In the Sort By section, from the pull down menu, select the column you want to use as the primary sort.

3. Select Ascending or Descending order.

4. Optionally, repeat this process for up to three sorts in the Then By sections.

5. Select the pane to sort in the Sort What drop-down list.

6. Click Apply to apply the sort without closing the dialog box,

   or, click OK to close the dialog box and view the sorted data view.

To sort a data view by a single column, click the column header. Click again to reverse the sort order.
