Data Collector(s) Section

The Data Collectors(s) section of the dialog box enables configuring the data collectors in the Activity.

Data Collector(s)

The list of the data collectors in the Activity. Select a data collector and click Configure... to open its configuration dialog box.

If the collector is configured to run on a remote machine, the machine name is displayed in  parenthesis next to the collector name. For more information on remote data collection, see the

You can change the data collector name by selecting it in the list and clicking again, to create an editable entry.

Note

• When using the integrated Eclipse platform environment to create the Activity, you can not add more than one data collector to an Activity.  See Usage Model for the Integrated Eclipse* Platform Environment for more information.
• Some data collectors may restrict presence of other data collectors in the same Activity.

Configure...

Click to configure the selected data collector. The Configure data collector name dialog box opens. Some data collectors may not be configurable, in which case the Configure... button is disabled. See the help on your data collector, or the Related Topics below, for more information.
