UOPs Retired / Instructions Retired

This ratio calculates the average number of uops per instruction. A value higher than 1.6 suggests that your code has many or long-repeating instructions, SSE code, or code assists (for example, FP assists). If your code has many repeating instructions, the values of memory reference ratios, which divide by the number of instructions, may be misleading and should be considered carefully.
